LifeSTEPS
resident service programs
supportive services
Clients who require a higher level of service will receive specialized supportive services. These clients include homeless individuals and families, formerly homeless individuals and families, physically and/or mentally disabled individuals, frail seniors, and veterans.
service coordination
Through coordinated services provided by dedicated Directors of Social Services, families and individuals living in affordable housing will receive both individual and community services to better live in a positive and thriving community.
Client Assistance
The LifeSTEPS Client Assistance program is designed to provide residents an opportunity to overcome challenges and transform their lives. The program is deeply embedded into LifeSTEPS’ case management operations, encompassing one-to-one support and educational classes.
youth services
Education, services, life lessons, and sustainability will help end the cycle of poverty - and giving youth a caring and safe place to maintain structure is another step in the right direction to help residents and their families thrive.
Thriving in Place
Through an innovative "Thriving in Place" program, LifeSTEPS gives older adults the ability to continue to live and age in their own homes and communities safely, independently, and comfortably. Older adults will learn the skills to allow them to "Thrive in Place."
FAMILY SELF SUFFICIENCY PROGRAM
LifeSTEPS is working to make sure that all people who can be deported have the correct information and services to make a Family Preparedness Plan to know what steps need to be done if a family member is deported.
